By Li Evans

Dmozopendirectoryproject_1 This comes via Greg Niland's Good ROI Blog - DMOZ.org is busted, broken and down for the count, at least for the next week.  This is mostly affects the editors at the Open Directory Project (ODP) as they cannot approve or review any submissions - basically no editor functions are working.  I don't believe submission are working yet either.  Greg also states "They uploaded an old dataset so the public could still search. I wonder how this will affect how Google perceives them going forward?  Any thoughts?  Post a comment I'd be glad to hear everyone's thoughts!
