Quick Review: New Keyword Tool Based on AOL Data
In the wake of AOL's recent slip-up in the data it released, SEO Scoop picked up and reported on a new keyword suggestion tool created by Bad Neighborhood.
I have to say this is a snazzy little tool they've created here. It's amazingly fast and has links into Google trends for the number of searches done on the terms within Google. It also links back to Yahoo's Overture Inventory tool so you can check back on Yahoo's number of searches.
This is just a quick review - and there are some immediate questions that come to mind. For example AOL users tend to be scewed differently than the rest of the surfing public, where in they are generally older and I believe if recollection serves me right, more female. That immediately raises a flag for me as Google tends to scew toward younger males.
However, for a quick run down on this tool, it's snazzy, and quick, if you are in need of a quick look at a keyword with some suggestions, this isn't a bad choice to start with.
